Terms and Conditions

Order and samples

To make a successful order the client needs to confirm with us about the details of the order such as the model number, quantity, payment, shipment, lead time, etc. After receipt of payment we will ship the goods.

 

Goods are sold at wholesale price from RKB Global and are quoted EXW Shenzhen, China. Therefore we apply a minimum order quantity for every product offered on this website. There is an MOQ of 100 pieces which applies to the total order quantity. Per product, the MOQ is 50 pieces.

 

Samples truly reflect the quality of real orders. Samples are not free, but offered at the MOQ price plus a small sample fee. Once the payment is received through T/T the sample will be sent by express courier the next day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number.

 

 

Payment

In most cases we apply our advance payment policy, which means that the buyer pays the seller in advance, so before receiving the goods or services.

 

We offer the following payment methods: wired transfer (T/T), Documentary Collections (D/P or C.a.D.), Letter of Credit (L/C), and PayPal. For more information on Documentary Collections and L/C, go to your bank for cost and detailed formality.

 

Payment terms in case of large orders can be modified if agreed by both parties. This concerns mainly 60 or 90 days payment terms.

 

We only accept the USD- and Euro currency.

 

 

Shipment

If clients need any assistance with the shipment of the products they can rely on us. We ship orders worldwide by sea and air freight. After we have produced your order and it is packed we email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking information. The shipping transit of the products depends on the option chosen and usually varies from 2-5 days in case of express courier to 3-4 weeks for sea freight. For urgent or small shipments we use couriers. Larger quantities are shipped by air or sea freight.

 

However, customers may also use their own couriers, shipping lines, or freight forwarders. All of our product descriptions also list weight and master box dimensions. For example, you can enter this info at a courier’s websites to get a good estimate of your shipping costs.

 

 

Packaging

Products are packed by the manufacturer. The method of packaging being used for a product offered on this website can be found under order-related information belonging to the specific product.

 

Once the delivery terms have been agreed on, we pack the products in a way that protects them from potential damage that may occur during the delivery process and qualifies them for insurance. The packaging depends on two factors: what product is being packed (size, weight, fragile, etc.), and how the product is shipped. We pay as much attention to the outer packaging as to the inner packaging and sealing method. This ensures a hassle-free shipping process.

 

In case the customer wants the products packed with his company name on the shipping labels, or insertion materials like flyers etc., this can be arranged. For more information see ‘Dropshipping’.

 

 

Warranty

Within the warranty period defect goods can be returned to us and will be repaired or replaced by new ones. For more information about the applied warranty on the products offered on this website refer to our Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions, and our specific RMA policy.

 

 

Dropshipping

We can also handle and pack the products and deliver them straight to your customer. This means that we do not mention our company name on the shipping label or anywhere else in the package. We can print your company information on the shipping label. If desired, we can include in the package materials like packing slips, promotional flyers, etc. from your company.
